As Stephan indicated you cannot convert a scrum board/project to Kanban but can create an additional board of type Kanban to your current project. If you don't like that solution then you could start a new Kanban project and move all issues to the new project.

In a company-managed project, you don't need to worry about moving, you can reconfigure it.
The minimum to do is:
There are a few other things you can change to make it more Kanban, such as removing original estimate (Kanban doesn't do estimates, it does throughput) company-managed projects are not themselves "Scrum or Kanban", unlike the board, they're just configured differently.
