I don't think so. You could use links to related them to each other if you want.

So I tried adding links but it doesnt add test execution. So I want to link the test plan to show what all is tested in a release, I am not not sure how 1 test plan will show all the linked testplans and then their test executions, bugs

You may want to consider using a reporting tool instead since the executions stay only with the test plans that they are added to.
We use eazybi for our reports with xray.
