Hi Jian,

I have to admit that I'm not very familiar with test case usage in Jira.  This isn't a native functionality to Jira itself.  Usually test cases are an additional function that is provided by a 3rd party plugin like testrails, or test case management.

However if I understand your question, these test cases are using multiple components in a Jira project.  Have you seen our KB on How to bulk import Components into JIRA?

It provides a couple of different ways in which you can add these components to Jira, either via CSV imports, or even mentions using the REST API to create these.
