is there any validation present in Jira when the user creates a task 

when the Jira user creates a task in Jira that required such validation without a ticket type the Jira 

if present then please share the setting 

or any software present then mention its name

Hi @Durga Solse , thanks for your question.

There are certain fields that are required in order for you to create an issue in Jira, such as the issue type and typically the Summary. You can also make other fields required, using the field configuration scheme. 

Here, you can see it is possible to make some additional fields required. 

You can set up a custom field configuration and apply it only to a few projects where you want to have these rules in place, or you can modify the default field configuration if this is a standard practice you want to implement across your Jira instance.
