Hello @Pedro
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
In order to help you debug your scenario we need more information.
Your post tags indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that accurate?
For what type of project did you create the form?
Exactly how are you accessing the form?
Exactly what error message is displayed?
Has the user trying to access the form been granted access to Jira?
What are the details of the form configuration?
Yes it is free and thank you for replying!!
1. Type of project is a fill out form which you can acces with a link, button or widget.
2. via a link, i have acces through the helpcenter or the service manager
3. they dont have acces to the file. It vary's because some can acces and other dont if they can acces it they have a older version and some have a updated version. What i mean with updated is the date we changed in the title.
4. no acces has been granted because its a form we use to register information of new interns. we use this methode for years now.
5. I dont know how to answer this question, im sorry..

Hello Pedro,
Thank you for the additional information.
1. By "type of project" I mean Company Managed or Team Managed, Software or Business or Service Management. Click the ... button next to the project name in the panel on the left and the pop-up will include the project type.
All additional questions and advice are dependent on this answer.

Is the project Team Managed or Company Managed? That shows directly below the text "Service project" in the sample image I provided previously.
Have you suggested to the users that they clear their browser cached, try a private browser window, or try a different browser application? Perhaps they are getting cached data when attempting to access the form.

In which browser applications are the users seeing the correct version of the form? In which browser applications are the users not seeing the correct version of the form?
Examples:
Have you suggested that users who are experiencing the problem try a browser app where the problem is not being seen?
Have you suggested that users who are experiencing the problem try using a private browser window for the browser app where they are experiencing the problem?
Have you suggested that users who are experiencing the problem try clearing the browser cache and history in the browswer app where they are experiencing the problem?

It sounds to me like a browser caching issue, so I recommend that you try the cache solution first.
If that doesn't resolve the issue then additional question might reveal a different cause.
