Hello,

I am currently facing a very strange issue.When calling the bellow query for a specific user i am receiving the following error: 

No issues were found to match your search

Try modifying your search criteria or creating a new issue

But the query works fine for all the other users!It happens only for one user.

The user can comment on issues in jira,all other funcions works fine for the specific user,the permissions also are fine.

Same here. Can you ask the user to add a comment to an issue and then, you can try searching it like -

issuefunction in commented("by USER on 2021/10/19")

hm.. so this is not an expected result. I am out of options here :), I would raise a support ticket with vendor to understand the reason.
