jira data incomprehensible

We found a strange problem.

A table user_name is 'chaohui.ouyang' but B table is 'yangchaohui.ou'.

And Make sure they are the same person in the JIRA system.

There's a long story behind this, which isn't going to help you much.

The short answer is for you to stop reading the database. It's not even remotely useful for reporting, and there are a lot more "quirks" in it than just this one.
