jira is very slow

Jira is very slow, I can not find exact reason why it is slow. thread dump show a lot of http connections which is normal. How can I identify reason? I checked all performance related docs of atlassian. Any suggestion? Can we send dump to atlassian for analysis?

a lot of times it can be memory related. Can you perform a garbage cleanup and see if that helps?

GC is doing automatically. I did a lot of performance related tuning. Before tuning everyday customer restarted jira twice a day, now they do restart in a 10 day approx.

I always check GC logs and thread dump, but can not analyze deeply like java expert. I need Atlassian help for it
