jira spreadsheet not connect

Click on Girassite and connect, but you'll still get this message....
I'm trying to export from Jira to Google Spreadsheet.

That means what it says - it has been logged out, either by an admin killing the session, having the permission changed so that it can't use Jira or by repeated failure to log in causing the account to be locked.

Check with your admins to see what is wrong with the account.
