Hello, Good day. From the screenshot looks like you are facing issues with creating new automation rule. Have you tried with a different web browser ? Also, this issue is noticed only for any specific action in automation ?

I've tried various browsers.
If I switch to English, then is would be fine.
It seems like a bug in Chinese.
