×I'm trying to link issues in a company managed project but the button doesn't have action.
In my team managed projects it's working.
What is the possible configurations that I can try to do to make work?

You can use the Permissions Helper to check if a specific user has enough permissions to perform a specific action for a specific issue. That can help you diagnose the problem.

Can other users of your Jira system link issues?
Is issue linking enabled at the system level? To check that
1. Click the gear icon near your avatar.
2. Choose Issues
3. In the new navigation pane choose Issue Linking
At the top of the screen it will say if issue linking is on or off.

Does this affect all Company Managed projects?
Were you or other users able to create issue links in Company Managed projects at some point in the past?
What does the Permissions Helper tell you?
Could you try using the Where Is My Field option to search for the Linked Issues field? I ask this because I found in this post a mention that somebody else who had problems linking issues discovered the problem was the Linked Issues field had been hidden, and that was revealed by the Where Is My Field tool.
