Just stating the fact that 5 hours of first response time for a P0 is a little too late a response time for high-priority issues (after support from the community threads), especially for Organisations that have 800-1000 employees. Would really appreciate a faster turnaround time. Thanks!

Our entire organisation of almost 800+ people are stuck but no response after constant followups on the support ticketing (except the automated acknowledgement after the ticket is raised) which is why I am looking for someone to call/ chat with locally.

I would recommend to open a ticket with Atlassian Support .
