lost access to my own project

David Kababyan March 31, 2025

I am using free plan project at fonbetomega.atlassian.net. I have 4 members in this project. Until recently everything was working fine, but in last 3 hours I am trying to enter the project I am getting an error doesn't have access to Jira on fonbetomega.atlassian.net. I am the one who created the project and I am the only admin.

Hi @David Kababyan

It appears that you are currently logged into community with a gmail account, but that site has a user with an outlook address.  You might need to logout here in community, then login with your other outlook credentials in order to access that specific Cloud site.

Try that,

Andy

@Andy HeinzerThank you so much Andy! I never used outlook email for jira. But now i tried it turns out indeed its linked to my outlook email... I guess i had clicked login with Microsoft for some reason when i set up my account.

Anyway, thank you so much! I restored access to the project!

Hi @David Kababyan

You should be able to see it from the admin panel.

https://admin.atlassian.com/

In Product section.
