migrate the jira data from instance A to instance B

Hello community,

I want to migrate the jira data from instance A to instance B. I created the backup 01.10.2021.zip, but in instance B when I try to import the zip, the instance cannot find the file despite I placed it where it is supposed to be.

Could you help me please!

Hi @Eya BEN OTHMEN 

  1. Please put that backup file into E: \atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\Import 
  2. As I can see from your submitted Screenshot the path is different
