navigation bar and side bar not visible

Adrian Kaczmarek February 20, 2018

Hello

I have problem with my jira core + software (version 7.3.6). I wanted do disable SVN plugin. Ater that, my jira instance started to behave strangely. Jira software looked like it was uninstalled (I had an information that jira software is licensed, but not currently installed). Also, my navigation bar and admin side bar are not visible. I cannot see any projects and issues.

In logs, I see errors like:

Required plugin module com.atlassian.jira.jira-issue-nav-plugin:issuenav-legacy was either missing or disabled

Plugins that have yet to be enabled: (6): [com.atlassian.jira.plugin.ext.bamboo, com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin, com.atlassian.jirafisheyeplugin, com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-development-integration-plugin, com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-nav-links-plugin, com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira], 0 seconds remaining

[c.a.j.web.sitemesh.AdminDecoratorHelper] Could not render soy template for side admin menu

Capture.PNGAlso, now I see that some of my system add-ons and application components are disabled.

Hi,

It's odd they became disabled.  If you re-start JIRA and they don't become re-enabled on their own try the steps in JIRA Doesn't Start Due to Disabled Bundled Plugins After Upgrade to enable the add-ons manually via the database and restart JIRA per the instructions and see if you're good to go.

Cheers,

Branden

after restart and enabling add-ons manually, jira is now working as expected :). Thank you!
