need label named completion % on scrum board story

i have defined a label to reflect completion % of a story in scrum board, but it shows only the number. i need it to show as completion % 123 on the scrum board

Hi @ArunKumar Muniappan -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A label will display the value entered.  If you want a value such as 90% you may enter that as the value.

If the value is instead a number field, I do not believe there is anything built into Jira Cloud which allows changing the display mask for a number field to include a percentage.

Please try typing in the value in the Labels field. 

If that does not work, please explain what is not working.

i tried that but when we move from one status to another it goes away

Please review the issue history to determine what is changing / removing the label value on issue transition to another status.  Once that is identified, you may solve it.
