Hi All,
User is trying to move a ticket from one column to another Column on board. Though user have PROJECT Admin, Board Admin permissions not able to move a ticket.
Can someone please immediately help me on this ?
Roja,
You need to check the workflow and ensure that an issue can be transitioned from the status it is in to the other status. If the workflow allows for the transition to occur and there are not any validations on the transition that would prevent it you can check your projects permissions to ensure that the individuals has the ability to transition issues on the project for the roles that they are in.
Hi Brant,
Thank you for your response.
I have checked all the permissions user have. But in workflow no Validators are added only Condition and Post functions are added. User has made transitions for one ticket for the same workflow but not for other ticket.

Roja,
Are the issue types the same? Do they both use the same workflow? Is there any differences between the two issues?

Brant,
Issue types are different.
Yes using the same workflow.
No variations between two issues, I have crossed verified too.
But, user says that am able to make other issue transition but not this, so I crossed checked the similarities also.
