We have one user that is repeatedly getting an error message when she tries to attach something to a Jira ticket.
Yesterday she reported this to us and we tested and did not encounter an issue. She then tried and it worked. today she is getting the same error. The attachment is small.
Any suggestions?
If it has worked for the user before and now it doesn't and you didn't change permissions I would contact your cloud support WITH the exact error. In the future putting the error message will help us figure out what is wrong. We may have seen it before.
