only 2 issue types

i jsut rebuilt my jira server, and can't seem to figure out how to get the traditional project = issue types, i.e. story, epic, bug, etc...  The only project type i see is "Business".  what has changed?

Ok, i *thought* I had installed JIRA Software, but maybe not. How can I verify which is installed?
