i would like to add an action in opsbar-comment-issue_container with web fragement.

is it possible?

it's for internal comment like this :

I do not think this is possible.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

i can't add a rich text with button action in web-panel :(

so do you think it's possible to add an action in operations-top-level on postion 2, but non in "more action".

i would like that postion 1 (assignee) and position 2(internal comment) are visible?

In my testing, I have not found a way to do that.
