hi.
i got bugs with the parent link properly saved
parent and child
are showing on plan
but no matter how many times i save the change on field "parent link", the relationship still doesnt show on plan : my bugs still show as if they don't have a parent.
I did the same operation earlier but it worked fine, see on screenshot, other bugs have linked fine a couple hours earlier :
see example of the relationship between AV3-9324 and child AV3-9639 versus relationship
please help?
solved it!
there was no error message when i tried to save my changes from the plan, but if i tried to edit the parent link field through bulk update, it warned me that "epic link" was filled and prevented "parent link" from getting a value.
so i emptied "epic link" on all my tickets and suddenly the parent link appeared on its own.

im not on cloud, im on data center.... and it worked at the same time for other issues of the same type, same settings, same project, no obvious reason for the failure

Parent Link is no longer the appropriate field on Cloud. The correct field is now just 'Parent'
