printing single jira issue

In Jira  V7.1 , when we right clicked and selected print on an issue (In Issue View) the resulting print would include the part of the screen which had scrolled off the bottom and was hidden on the monitor. When we upgraded to Jira 7.13 this no longer happens, it just prints the part of the screen which can be seen on the monitor, not the bit scrolled off the bottom. Seems a bit trivial but it has really annoyed a few of my users. Is it possible to get this back?

Could the 'export-> Printable' be of help to you?

Hi, I never even noticed that was there, I think I can just go back to my users and tell them to use that. Thank You very much :)
