problem after upgrade

After upgrading to jira 7.7.0 No issues are created

I get this error when I test the mail config

Found 2 unprocessed message(s) in the imaps folder.
Cannot create issue due to invalid license: [Sorry, you can't create any issues right now, as you need to have access to a JIRA application to be able to create issues. To gain application access you need to be a member of a group assigned to an application.]

Hi, 

what is the previous JIRA version? It seems that your configuration was related to a JIRA 6.X version and you need to update the application access first. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-application-access-744721629.html
