problem with movement tasks

Hi everyone!

when a user move a task between statuses, he writes an error, but gives a drag, tell me why such an error may occur if he can still change the status?

to be clear, you are saying that the user drags a card from one status to another and while The drag and drop succeeds there is also this error message which would seem to indicate that it should have failed. Do I understand the problem correctly? Assuming so would you mind looking at the history of one of those issues and sharing what you see there? This certainly does seem odd generally speaking, when I see an error like that it indeed fails. But maybe there is something else going on behind the scenes that the history will unveil.

Thanks. That is certainly odd. Is it happening for multiple users/projects? This may be an issue that needs to be looked at by Atlassian support as they can login and look at the details of what's going on.

yes, it's happend for all users except administrator
