Hi @Guilherme Campos  - This is definitely a Business project, and yes, the board has changed in the last day or two for the new functionality for the filters. This will be to line up more closely with how filters were implemented for the List feature.

@Guilherme Campos

The image you have provided appears to be for a "Business Project" (vs. a Software or Service Management project). Can you confirm this by checking what it says in the navigation pane on the left directly below the project name?

We do not use Business (a.k.a. Work Management) projects at my company, so I don't know what they looked like before today. I see in this document

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-can-i-do-on-a-board/

...where a board image is shown for a Business project that it does include an Assigned To Me and Due This Week filter.

So far I have not found any documentation on these being built in filters for a Business project board. I also haven't found any documentation yet for having configuration options for a board or being able to set up quick filters for the board on a business management project.

Hi @Guilherme Campos -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For a company-managed project, I believe that "Only my issues" is a default quick filter added to the board when it is created.  Have you asked your project admin if they modified/removed the filter?

Kind regards,
Bill

i am the administrator of my jira company. i didnt change nothing.

even if i had, i dont see any option to change it.

To check the quick filters, please try these steps:

  • When on the board, look for the ... at the top right side
  • Under that, select Board Settings
  • Then select Quick Filters to see which ones are available

If you do not see the ... menu, then you are not the project admin.

If you are a project admin, and didn't change the filters as you note, check under the project settings to learn if there are other project admins assigned who could have made the change.

Guilherme Campos October 7, 2021

that only works in team-managed projects.

here i'm in a company-managed project. so i dont have the 3 dots.

thanks anyway.

The ... menu appears for project admins for both team-managed and company-managed projects.

If you do not see the ... menu then you are not a project admin for that project, as you can see in your screen image.  Please look at the list of all projects from the top-navigation menu to find the Project Lead, and they can help determine who has admin permissions for the project.

If that does not help, and you are on a paid license for Jira, please consider submitting a ticket to Atlassian Support as they may determine if there is another issue with your Jira instance: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
