"Create" Issue Actions Showing in the More Menu

Client recently upgraded to 7.13 Server and I am suddenly seeing the Create Ticket actions on the More Menu. Does anyone have an idea as to why this might be happening and how I can remove them?

I'm not sure I understand what exactly you are seeing.  In my More menu on issues I see this:

If you're seeing additional options to these, I would suggest that you might have a plugin in Jira that is adding these other options.  But it's hard to say exactly which one it might be without some investigation.

You can go into the Add-ons/app manage in Jira if your a system admin by going to the Gear Icon -> Add-ons (Manage Apps in Jira 8).  If you then click the link for Manage on that page, you should be able to see all the user plugin in your environment.  You could try to disable these one by one to test when the functionality changes in that menu (after refreshing the page each time).  But this method might be tedious and cause other Jira users problems. 

Perhaps give us a list of your plugins in Jira and I can make an educated guess about which ones might be influencing this menu.

After testing my theory, it is an issue with the WBS Gantt-Chart add-on when you use the Feature Settings > Issue View > Issue Display Mode of "All Issue Types"

Hi Donald,

You can disable those child issues creation menu in the WBS Gantt-chart menu at project settings.

Choose the Jira administration > Projects. Go to your project and click Project settings.> Select WBS Gantt-chart from left side menu > Click Edit in Creat child issue section.

In Create child issue dialog box you have 'Menu location in Jira' option. You can either choose 'Top of operations toolbar','Bottom of operations toolbar','WBS Gantt-Chart panel' or if you like to have those menu disable please do not mark any boxes and live the option as empty and click Update.
