The dropdown "Choose a project" does not show the project the configuration of which I want to share. All other projects, however, are prompted. What may be the reason for that?
Setting my user as a project adminstrator as well as re-indexing the project did not help.
JIRA version is v8.13.8
Hello @Bernd Lockermann ,
Is the project you want to share the configuration with of the same type than the others ? By that I mean, isn't it a Jira Work Management or Jira Service Management projet ?
Almost all of our projects are of project type 'Software', an so is the affected project- if this is what you mean. It is not Jira Work Management or Jira Service Management project.

Hi Guilhem,
could it be that the way a project is configured may prevent it from being prompted in the dropdown i.e. that it is prevented to share its configuration by some reason?

Hi @Bernd Lockermann ,
It could be;
It depends on the permission scheme the project is using; you need the browse project permission to see it in the dropdown hence be in the correct group or projet role. You definitely could check that !

I now understood that from several hundred projects there is more than only one project affected - as in my initial question. And yet I cannot make out any common attribute that could account for the dropdown's behaviour.
