Hi Folks,
I'm getting an error when executing a filter for dependencies plug-in. See the attached image..
Any workaround or bug that has been reported for this?
Thanks in advance
Hi All
"Issues Dependencies Viewer" is designed and implemented to work with customer defined & saved filters that are marked as "favorite".
This means that all the JQLs that are used from "Issues Dependencies Viewer" can be view and execute as Jira filter under "Manage Filters" standard Jira menu.
The only JQL that is not customer defined is the project default one. This project default filter is generated and is responsible for showing the issues from the current project in case of project view.
The plugin is available as dashboard gadget and Jira report where this default JQL is not supported.
To overcome problems like this you must assure that the filters that is selected is working correctly and is accessible(shared) to all the users that will use the plug-in.
In case you use the default project filter you must assure that the user has correct access to the project and its fields.

hi @Legna Garcia, is it possible to share your JQL to find out the exact issue? seems like there is a issue in somewhere of your query.

Hi @Alana Fernando, yes, I thought the same, but I do not have access to the JQL since the tool looks to build it itself based on the filters you select. Looks a bug into the "Issues Dependencies Viewer" plug-in.
Thanks!

If so I guess you have to report the issue to plugin vendor.
