"Logwork" disappeared from issue attribute, found error 500 on Time Tracking
My team cannot log time to their task/issue and found that the logwork attribute has gone from the task form.
We found the error of Time Tracking as attached
Please help.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
Just wanted to circle back to this issue. I see that a support case was created for this issue. In that ticket our Atlassian Cloud support team found that this particular Jira site had time tracking disabled in it. This is something that a Jira System admin can enable or disable per the steps in Configuring time tracking:
Enable or disable time tracking
- Select the Jira icon (
,
,
,
or
) > Jira settings > Issues.
- Under ISSUE FEATURES, select Time Tracking.
- Turn the Enable time tracking option on or off.
I hope this helps other users that might encounter the same problem in the future.
