You can check an alternative solution to track changes in Label or other fields. My team developed an Issue History for Jira app for this purpose. While it's not the same as JQL, it can help to see updates for specific fields. Also, you can choose projects and dates.
Here is an example of a report that allows you to review all label changes for a specific project within a required date range.
