ranking not working properly

im trying to send a jira from the bottom of my backlog to the top, after right click it and do it, and when i hit refresh it goes back to the bottom of the backlog, i have rank enable

Hi Paul,

Sometime browser extensions, a corrupted cache or connection issues can cause issues similar to this.

Could you try via a browser window with no extensions (i.e. icognito for Chrome) enabled and a cleared cache?

I tried what you told me but didnt work , now newely created jiras wont even move to the sprint, even tho its showing that they belong to that sprint

Ok it seems that if the issue is of type task, its bugged, if i change the issue type to soemthing diferent it works again, if i change it back to task it would send it to the bottom of the backlog
