estimation is something associated to ticket and it not per user basis. JIRA provides the ability to see worklog performed per worklog author. I don't understant what you want to see on the remaining estimation per user. If you have an activity with remaining estimation 2h how JIRA should figure out how to associate that time for a single user?
I have tasks witch have time tracking two or more users. Some of them is not assignee, but I understand that is not possible find right way. Because there is a one fild for task.
