Hi,
We provide our customers with their own login to manage their issues during the project delivery. We restrict them to only the project that they have access to.
When customers are creating issues in JIRA, they hit the CREATE button and select ISSUE, and the full list of projects are available for selecting.
Can we limit this drop down? I think this is a bug as they do not have access to these projects but they seem to be able to create issues against any project.
thanks.
Afshin
Can they create issues in the projects? Do they get a "tried to perform an operation they have no permission for" error, or "You do not have permission to see this issue" error when they try creating an issue?
Hey Nic,
you can create the issue fine in ANY project from the list. The message pops up saying issue is created but if you try and click to open the issue is when a message in the browser pops up saying you do not have browse permissions.
