retrive checklist status through JQL

Is it possible to get all list of ISSUES KEY and summary from JQL where-in we can search for those issues which are marked something like 'in-progress'/'N/A' as their status?

Hi Piyush,

While it is possible to search for items which are checked or not, it is not currently possible to search based on a specific status.
