Hi, I work at Elements, and the Connect (nFeed) team is working on a cloud version. If you'd like some more information on the future cloud version of Connect, send us an email.

@Ankit SharmaIf you mentioned in your email you are interested in news about the Cloud version, you will be sure to get information as soon as there is something to share. For the moment, it looks like that will be in a month or two (the Cloud version is still in development).

The only addon not available in your list is nfeed aka Elements Connect. I am not familiar with the addon in detail. Have you searched the Marketplace for alternatives? What exactly do you use the addon for?

Hi @Ankit Sharma

With the above request, confirm internally how important big picture is to your team and work you do. If it is, I’ll hold off a cloud migration and reach out to the vendor directly for assistance to know their future plans.

There is no reason to rush a migration that cripples your work.

If it isn’t then do read the official migration from server to cloud guide ensuring you tick all boxes they recommend.

In particular,

  1. Ensure your Jira server version can be migrated to cloud.
  2. Check addon compatibility
  3. Do a test migration on a cloud test server and have people test it.

Only after an all green should you migrate to Cloud.

Cheers.

Sorry meant nfeed.

Note that simply moving to another add-on does not necessarily solve the problem.

  • Old nfeed data is lost(though still present)
  • Hard to recommend without knowing what features in nfeed you were using.
