specific status button disapeared (always visible on old view)

On my workflow, I have the possibility to ESCALATE any ticket at any time. We used to have this button on OLD & NEW view.

But recently we do not see it anymore on NEW view. I suspect that NEW view enhancement changed something but not sure.

If I can see it on OLD view, it confirms that the Workflow is ok

Hi Caroline,

Yes, the New Jira Issue View does not have buttons for transitions. You see the transitions in the dropdown for the status.

Hi Carolina,

 

If you swich to old version are you able to see the Transition Button?
