story and bug moves to backlog on completion of sprint

Hi,

The stories and bugs are not moving to new sprint, instead they move to Backlog. Can you please let me know what might be causing this issue.

The new Sprint is already created but they move to Backlog instead..

Can you confirm if you have this option when you complete the sprint ?

Yes saw this option , and gave the correct option to Move to sprint actually.
