How can you make the same task layout for multiple projects?

in order to have the same layout, all projects should use the same Issue Type Screem Scheme (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-screen-schemes/).
My suggestion is to share also other schemes like Workflow Scheme and Issue Type Scheme.

Schemes are global configuration items that you apply to compnay-managed projects.
Team-managed projects are not configured with them.

All projects are projects belonging to projects managed by the company. But when replacing the screen, not all projects change the layout.

@Ivan Andrieiev , some fields could be associated to a specific project context so they will appear just in those projects.

Are you using the same issue type screen schemes and field configuration schemes for the projects?
Also, do the custom fields have the right context (they're global or set to show in all the projects you want the same layouts in)?

That's how I use it. the same scheme of screens. The configuration of the fields is also the same. Each project has a standard set of fields plus one custom field added. But I put the same scheme of screens, so I think it is the same everywhere.

Some fields are also included in the set
Blocked (sprint epic)
System (time estimation and time spent)
