Hi
In my jira, assignee of issue changes in one status several times, for example:
in "In progress" status first assignee is "user A", if "user A" dont know the answer issue, "user A" changes assignee to "user B" (in same status) , until answered in the same status. This process may occure between 2 or 3 assignee.
Assignees Name for issues and time between assignee changes need to reported.
Is there a solution for get assignees name and time between assignes changes ??
thanks
Hi,
you can simply have a look at History or Activity tab on your issue.
If you need more information, you can use our app Status History or Status History PRO, which give you possibility to analyze the changes of statuses and assignees, making reports or special viewer to see what was going on with your issue.

Hi,
if you mean Status History, at the moment we don't have the cloud version.

Hi @Don Nelson
For the cloud Jira version, you can use one of our apps:
Issue History - will help you keep track of all updates that have been made in an issue. To get the data you asked, you can filter issues by each assignee you need. Also, available selection by project, filter, report, label, and sprint. Then you can export information for more detailed analysis.
Add-on Time Between Statuses monitor the execution time between statuses in the workflow.
Also, using add-on Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet, you can get information about the time each assignee spends on every issue status.
Hope it helps

Hello @Marzi Goodarzian and @Don Nelson ,
If you are interested in a ready-to-go solution, our team at OBSS created Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira app for this exact need. It is available for Jira Cloud, Server and Data Center.
Using Time in Status you can report how much time each issue spent on each status, each assignee or even each user group. The app also has two level reports that show status durations broken down by assignees or vice versa.
With Time in Status you can also see the number of times each status or transition was used (very useful for inspecting things like reopen counts). You can consolidate multiple statuses into a report column (useful for calculating metrics like lead/cycle times). You can also list the status entry/exit dates.
You can produce reports based on the default 24/7 calendar or define your own business calendars with custom workdays and working hours.
Also add system or custom fields as columns to your report and customize the view format of durations.
All data can be exported as XLS, XLSX, CSV.
