Hi,

Currently there are several projects underway with members allocate on these jira projects . We would like to transfer these allocations to new tickets without each member having to rewrite all allocations to new tasks.

I mean these members' efforts on current tickets to be transferred to their new tickets automatically ?
It is possible on JIRA ?

Thank you in advance

Not exactly, we have restructured our JIRA processes and for that we have recreated tickets. Only we would like to recover the members' allocations of the previous tickets to be put on the new ones without each member having to delete his old allocation and put them on the new ones. Is this clearer for you ?

thank you so much

If I'm following, I think second option will work, but you will need to update both exports to include the allocations for the new project and remove the allocations for the old project.

If I understand your question you want to transfer assignees from current issues to new issues in another project automatically.

(1) Tickets don't exist in the new project: You can 'bulk' move the existing tickets to the new project as long as the assignees are already users in the new project.

(2) If the tickets already exist in the new project: You can export the new tickets by a filter and export the old tickets by a filter, then use Excel formulas to update the new ticket fields like assignee and import that into the new project. This does require admin rights (System-->External System Import).
