trial jira account interface language issue

Does anyone know how I can change the trial jira account interface from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese or SC to English?

Hello,

There are a few steps you will need to take to adjust your language within Jira cloud. Those steps are as follows:
Jira products

By default, Jira Cloud will use the language set by your user's browser. The language you set here will be the language Jira Cloud will display in, if it can't detect the browser's language. This can be overwritten by the individual user, if they've selected a language setting in their profile (see Language settings for individual users below).

1. Choose Settings > System in the Jira sidebar
2. Choose Edit Settings
3. Select your Default language and choose Update.

There are additional steps within that KB which also explain how to update the language for an individual user as well.

Thanks for the answer. But no, I tried many times with that, it didn't work at all.  My suggestion is that maybe you guys can try to set the default language to the language that the country actually uses or make the option available for the user to decide.

Hello again,

Users are able to decide their language within the products. There are 2 shorts steps they will need to complete to change their language:

Jira  products

1. Go to Your profile and settings (Avatar icon) > Personal settings
2. Select your language and choose Save changes.

Confluence

1. Go to your avatar > Settings
2. Choose Edit, then select your language and choose Submit.
