unable to access Jira, shows Maintenace window

Hello everyone, 

 

Im receiving the below error while accessing my project 

please tell me what could have been gone wrong, or this is really related to site Maintenace 

Note: I'm in Middle east region and not Singapore or Nothern America as mentioned in the maintenance window.

Hi @Akhand Pratap Singh, actually this is showing now since yesterday as per the window they mentioned its 120 minutes. but since yesterday its already 24 hours. and we are not in same region as mentioned

team will have to validate your instance from the backend to see why its still on maintenance and what the issue is

Good day, welcome to Atlassian Community

There are certain releases for which Atlassian needs downtime and it can't be avoided.

You might be in middle east region but is your instance timezone also same?

If it is more than 24 hours on Standard plan, you better reach out Atlassian Support from https://support.atlassian.com/
