Hi guys, any idea why i'm not able to add people into my roadmap?
i want that my team has access to the roadmap in real time.
Thanks
Are the people configured as team members of the Jira Project?
For Company-Managed Projects, members are managed under "Project Settings > People".
For Team-Managed Projects, members are managed under "Project Settings > Access".
Hi,
yes all of them have site access.
i'm on a free plan, and only able to add people using site administration setting.
Do we have some restrictions for Roadmap (Basic) as a free plan?

So "site access", which I interpret to mean "users of your Jira instance", is not the same as having access to a Project in that Jira instance.
A user in Jira needs to have access to a Project in order to see the issues in that project, including the roadmap. Each project can have a different set of users who have access.
Let's start with whether you're using a Team or Company managed project. When you look at the Project itself (not the roadmap), what does it say in the lower-left corner of the left sidebar? Team-managed or Company-managed project?

Hi,
i'm using company-managed project.
here "Project Settings > People", i can't add people.

Under "Project settings" on the left, click on "Permissions", and review who has the "Administer Projects" permission (in the Permission Scheme used by this Project).
You will need to be in one of the Roles or Groups listed (or specifically listed) to have the "Administer Projects" permission in order to add/remove people from the project.
If you're a Jira Admin at your organization, you should be in the "jira-administrators" Group, and that Group is usually listed as always having "Administer Projects" permissions. Jira configuration is non-trivial. Be sure to spend some quality time with the documentation to learn how to configure it.
If you're not a Jira Admin, ask your Jira Admin to update the Project to allow you to have the "Administer Projects" permission. Then you'll be able to manage the people who have access to that Project.
