Can you add more detail, or rephrase the question? I’m not certain what the question is.

Generally, it’s possible to write an Automation rule to transition an issue to a Status when a certain field is edited, or a value set.

Tasks are linked to story, when task status changes then automatically filed value will be change in story. i know with automation we can do but the automation will be length and complex.

is there any smart value to execute easy way.

So the Automation is "when status changes, set value in field X"?

If so, then yes, it's possible, but we can't start talking about smart values until we know roughly what the value will be.  Where is it coming from?  Calculated?  Copied from another field? etc.
