we have upgraded jira server v8.20.7 to v9.4.8. can you confirm whether this plugin "Quick Subtasks for Jira - v4.19.0" is compatible with jira v9.4.8.
if it is not compatible then from where we need to download the version. because this plugin is not available in Atlassian marketplace.
OR Is there any alternative plugin option to replace this "Quick Subtasks for Jira - v4.19.0" plugin.
Thank you
Prajakta
Hi!
we use it works.
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210972/quick-subtasks-for-jira/version-history
But I recommend to find other functionality to create subtask in mass
Thanks for the quick response.
We have gone through the above link but for our current jira v9.4.8 "quick-subtask plugin - 4.19.0" compatible version is not available in version history.
Or we can continue with current plugin version.

Hi @prajakta_patil ,
Welcome to the community !!
I would suggest to always first upgrade the test instance, make the testing of the plugins and functionalities in test jira and then upgrade the production. This will help you identify the problems even before Production jira is impacted.

Hi @prajakta_patil ,
I don't know what exactly this plugin does. You can search in marketplace for its alternative.
You can also install free Automation for Jira plugin by Atlassian. It can do many wonders :)
Also I found similar question and @Stefan Glase's plugin seems to be alternative.

Thank you for mentioning me. I created Multiple Subtasks for Jira as an alternative to Quick Subtasks for Jira that is compatible with Jira Data Center and newer versions. It also comes with an importer to run once and import and transform your templates to be used with Multiple Subtasks for Jira.

Thanks for the reply Rilwan and Stefan.
Currently we are using Jira server not the data center. And for Jira server "Multiple subtasks for Jira plugin" is not available.
Is there any Jira server alternative for Quick Subtasks for JIRA

New sales for Jira Server are stopped and so I cannot offer this app for Jira Server. You can use a Data Center license for this app and install it into your Jira Server installation - the size of the license for the app needs to be the same or bigger to work.
