We tried to include a story points from the completed task but there are tickets that does not permit us.
Please give us some checklist, to check on those tickets that does not allow us to put a story points.

Where are you trying to include that information? Can you provide annotated screen images that illustrate your problem?
What exactly do you mean by you are not permitted to do what you want? What are the exact steps you are executing and what is the response or result?
we are doing the story points modification from the Backlog view.
There are some cases that we can click the story column but there are some that does not allow us to modify. please see below screenshots, for your reference.

For the issues where you can't update story points, are those issues all the same issue type or all within a subset of issue types? Can you update the story points for any issues of those issue types?
If you open the details view for that issue, can you find and edit the Story Points field?
If the issues are all of the same issue type or types and you can't update the story points for any of the issues of those types, and you don't see the Story Points field in the Issue Details screen for those issues, then the Story Points field needs to be added to the screen for those issue types.
Is the project Team Managed or Company Managed? You can find that information in the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. If the project is Team Managed, then every place above where I said "Story Points" you need to instead be looking for the field "Story point estimate".

Hi Trudy, Thanks for your input. As per validation, those ticket/issue has different issue type and will further validate the case and update this questions for any concern.
