we have been requested on day2 only for the subscription (Premium)

By mistake i been clicked on Premium subscription on day1 and requested for cancellation on day2 still will i be billed for a month or prorate wise billi do i get?

Normally you get a 30 day trial of premium, so if you've changed back to a lower tier plan I wouldn't think you should get billed for it.

But you should totally contact Atlassian Billing Support just to be on the safe side.

thank you @Rune Rasmussen  i been downgraded plan on second day only i keep sending mails to call back or cancel without any billing generated but no response yet, waiting,
