webhook vs plugin jira integration to 3 party apps

what's the best practice to integrate sync to third party apps with jira cloud. security example webhooks cant sore username password? please help?

It is not clear what your question is about.  What are you trying to do?

On the authorisation side though, the simple answer is use Oauth, as per docs.

i cant add a user and password in the webook  or port and its support only ssl is it a way to add user name and password for webooks without bulding an app?
