It's a filter that uses libraries called "Johnson"
This sounds like an appropriate answer because I don't have Johnson as a user in my instance but I saw this JohnsonFilter word many times in Jira Logs.

"Johnson" is the name of libraries of code/data that you see when you question Jira sometimes.
It is not a user, person, or script, it's a library used by your server.
