We don't know, you have not explained what you are asking.  Normally, you enter a description, if you want to.  Is that not what you see?

yes that's right, as you can see on that screenshot I've fulfilled the description field, however, I can't save this issue, because "Description should be modified during this transaction", it have no sese at all.

Hello Juan,

Looks like you attempted to share an image from Slack into the Atlassian Community. Chances are only users authenticated to your Slack instance may see that images leaving the rest of us in the dark. Could you please attempt to upload the image into your post so we may see the error?
